If you want to pay your rent using your credit or debit card or any combination of credit card(s), debit card(s) and bank account(s), you will be using our proprietary FlexPay payment option. When you use this service, you will be charged a FlexPay fee of 2.95% of the total payment amount.  This fee will be applied to the credit or debit card that you designate.
