You can become a Registered Landlord - at no cost, which enables you to receive your rental payments directly into your bank account. You will receive a notification that provides the detail for each payment so that you can keep your records current.

As a Registered Landlord, you will have the convenience of accepting credit and debit cards from tenants (we do it for you!), and you will no longer have to worry about NSF checks or make trips to the bank. You will also have improved cash flow by receiving funds on time and in your account.

And, to further make your life easier (after all, that's what we're here for), you can use our referral service - we'll contact your tenants and let them know about WilliamPaid.  To become a Registered Landlord, just following the directions included with your check payment from WilliamPaid or submit a request for further instruction.
