Is there a cost for the landlord to receive a payment?

No! While a landlord has a lot to gain when his or her tenants use WilliamPaid to pay their rent, there is no charge to the landlord to receive a payment. Some things in life are free!

And, when a landlord becomes a registered landlord - again, free - he or she can receive his or her rent payments directly into their bank account. This saves the landlord time and money. Just think - it's free, AND it saves you money. Surely, it doesn't get any better.

Any landlord can also use our referral feature to let their tenants know about WilliamPaid - that way, a landlord can receive one direct payment, with the details as to who paid, for all of their tenants - without ever having to get to the bank or hound his or her tenants.
