As a landlord, it would be nice if when a tenant submits a payment, there was either an email notification or the payment appeared in the landlord portal in a "pending" or "processing" state.

Since there is a delay for ACH deposits, this would help determine which tenants have already submitted their rents and aid in accessing security deposit collection and late-fees.  It would be nice extra info to have.

Otherwise I like the landlord portal, nice and simple.
